Even if Simone wasn’t our server I still would have rated it 5 stars because our breakfast was great. But with her being so friendly and responsive, if I could, I would have given her 5 stars. Haven’t been to a Bob Evans in a long time but I am tired of being “ripped off” in these new high-end breakfast places that are all terrible and very expensive. This place is a definite must stop if you are staying in one of the many hotels nearby or just driving through Louisville!!

Everyone was friendly, we were greeted by everyone who was by the check out. Our server was quick she checked on us multiple times. The 5 cheese grilled cheese was excellent.

Home cooking and breakfast all day long. I like the smaller portion option which are very reasonably priced and still a large amount of food.

Loved trying the Fish Fry Platter with Onion Rings, Cole Slaw, Macaroni & Cheese, Unsweet Tea, Rolls, & Pumpkin Pie for my taste of my experience & it was all good & the others tried their meals & it was all good included.

We haven't been to Bob Evans in a long time, and now I'm wondering if that was a mistake. We went on Monday for dinner and were legitimately impressed. Dionee was one of the nicest, most energetic servers we've had in a while, even though it seemed like she was the only server while we were there. (I know they've had issues with staffing.) The portions were substantial for the prices, and the variety was good, though the breakfast items were the best option.
The Whole Hog was indeed too much food for me alone, but it would be great to split with someone. This is one of the few sit down restaurants I've been to lately that has Wild Cherry Pepsi on tap (no, soda plus cherry syrup does not taste the same) and I was stoked about it the whole meal. I can definitely see us coming here again in the nearer future.

A great alternative to ihop, Waffle House, or Denny’s. I wanted to try a diner restaurant that’s not available in my state on my visit here, and this one didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed the original farmers choice for breakfast and you know it’s a good restaurant if you see a ton of old people dining here. Sign up in app for discounts!

Bob Evans doesn't have a big footprint in the Northeast so we had to try based on the reputation...wow what an experience! Prices felt like I was back in the 90s, my wife got eggs and pancakes for $3.60! I had the Big Wrangler which has a bit of everything but upgraded to Loaded Home Fries which is a huge recommend. Idk how they got those scallions so wonderfully crispy, but I'm gonna figure it out! Lily our server was delightful, accommodating, and apologetic when the kitchen goofed the order. Business is booming and I can see why.

Omg. You guys. Listen. I don't get fancy dancy breakfasts ever but, this one is (and I'm not even exaggerating) in the top 4 of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I'm 58, I've had a lot of breakfasts. It was so good that I couldn't put my fork down. My boyfriend was talking to me and I just keep thinking "man, this is sooo good, ih hope whatever he's taking aboout is rhetorical." The service was first class. The employees are first class very helpful and don't mind answering a question. Truly, I'm so glad we decided to go there. Not only am i going back but, i'm telling BOTH of my friends about it

We had Breakfast at Bob Evans (Springhurst) and it was oh so good. As you can see we put a killing on it so fast I didn't get to take a picture before we started. Next time you're in the area check them you won't regret it. Oh very important, our sering staff were awesome.
